What is a Seed Project?
Your first project with us, at a starter price of $199 with Grove scope. One per company. You see watermarked previews first and pay to unlock the full files. If the design misses the brief after the included revisions, you get a full refund.
Can I see a design before paying?
Yes, after a discovery call. We design your Seed Project and show you watermarked previews. Pay $199 to unlock the full-resolution files. One preview project per company.
Is the work white-label?
Yes. We deliver under your logo, or co-branded if you prefer. We never contact your clients unless you ask us to.
Who owns the designs?
You do. Final files are yours once the project is paid in full.
What counts as a revision?
One revision round is one consolidated list of changes, sent together. Packages include 1 to 3 revision rounds. Extra rounds are $49 each. A new layout is a redesign, Quoted as a new project.
How fast is turnaround?
From the day we have complete site info: Sprout 3 business days, Grove 5 business days, Canopy 7–10 business days. Rush delivery is +50%.
What do you need from me?
Site photos, rough measurements or a survey, your client's wish list, and a budget range. More detail means fewer revisions.
Can you work from photos only?
Yes. We work from your photos and approximate dimensions, and the plan is drawn to those. You verify measurements on site before pricing and building.
What software do you use?
Edmond works in Realtime Landscaping Architect, SketchUp, Lumion and D5 Render. You receive PDF plans, JPG renders, MP4 walkthroughs and takeoff spreadsheets, so you don't need any of that software.
Will the plants suit my region?
We build the plant palette from your climate zone and your client's brief. You confirm nursery availability in your area before ordering.
Do you cover grading, drainage, irrigation or structural work?
We show them conceptually, so homeowners and your crew can see the intent. We don't provide engineering, stamped drawings or permit sets. You verify site conditions, codes, HOA rules and utilities before building.
You're in the Philippines. How do time zones and replies work?
Our day overlaps Australian business hours. US contractors send notes at the end of their day and find progress when they're back on the job. We reply within 12 hours.
How do I pay?
By card or bank transfer through a Wise or Payoneer invoice. The Seed Project is paid after you see the previews; other single projects are paid upfront. Memberships are billed monthly in advance. All prices in USD.
How do credits work?
Each Evergreen membership gives you credits every month. A project uses credits by size: Sprout 1, Grove 2, Canopy 4. Unused credits roll over one month, capped at one month's credits. Need more? Extra credits are charged at your plan's credit price.
Can I cancel a membership?
Yes, with 30 days' notice. Your founding rate stays locked for 6 months while your membership is active.
How big is your team?
Edmond De Claro leads design and reviews every project, working with Alfred Geronimo as designer and revisionist. Alejandro leads sales and looks after your account, and Kim runs operations and systems. We add designers as Overyard membership grows, and only when quality holds.
