Who we are

Overyard is a landscape design service for contractors, run by a small team based in the Philippines. This policy explains what happens to the information you send us through this website. Questions: hello@overyarddesign.com.

What we collect

• Form details you choose to send: name, company, email, phone (optional), website, service area, links to site photos or plans, your client's wish list and budget, and your message.
• Files you share by link (for example Google Drive or Dropbox). We only open what you share with us.
• Usage data, if analytics are switched on (see below).

How the contact form works

The form is processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form service that forwards your submission to our email inbox. Web3Forms handles that data under its own privacy policy. We don't store form submissions on this website.

Analytics and cookies

We may use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, clicks, device type, approximate location). These tools set cookies and only load when we've switched them on. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.

Your light or dark theme choice is saved in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device.

Booking a call

If you book a call, the booking tool we link to (such as Cal.com or Calendly) collects your name, email and chosen time under its own privacy policy.

How we use your information

• To reply to you, quote and deliver your project, and send invoices.
• To improve this website.

We don't sell your information, and we never contact your clients unless you ask us to.

Hosting

This website is hosted on GitHub Pages, which may log basic technical data such as IP addresses for security.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep project emails and files for as long as we work together and for our business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing hello@overyarddesign.com.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
