1. What we provide
Overyard provides conceptual landscape design for contractors: 2D plans, 3D renders, walkthrough videos and material takeoffs, delivered white-label or co-branded.
2. What we don't provide
We don't provide stamped engineering (structural, grading, drainage or irrigation), permit drawings, or installation. Grading, drainage, irrigation and structural elements are shown conceptually only.
You, the contractor, verify site conditions, measurements, local codes, HOA rules and utility locations before pricing or building. When we work from photos and approximate dimensions, the plan is drawn to those dimensions.
3. Revisions
One revision round is one consolidated list of changes, sent together. Each package includes a set number of rounds (1 to 3 revision rounds). Extra rounds are $49 each. A new layout is a redesign, Quoted as a new project.
4. Turnaround
Turnaround starts once we have complete site information and is counted in business days. Rush delivery is available at +50%.
5. Payment
We invoice through Wise or Payoneer, payable by card or bank transfer. The Seed Project is paid after you see the previews (see section 6). Other single projects are paid upfront. Memberships are billed monthly in advance. All prices in USD.
6. Seed Project
The Seed Project is a first project at a starter price of $199, limited to one per company. After a discovery call we design it and show you watermarked previews. You pay to unlock the full-resolution files. One preview project per company.
Guarantee: If the design misses the brief after the included revisions, you get a full refund.
7. Evergreen memberships
- Memberships are billed monthly in advance.
- Each month includes a set number of credits. Projects use credits by size.
- Unused credits roll over one month, capped at one month's credits.
- Extra credits are charged at your plan's credit price.
- You can cancel with 30 days' notice.
- Each membership allows a set number of active projects at a time (Orchard 1, Forest 2, Old Growth 4). Credits cover Sprout to Canopy; Canopy Plus uses extra credits.
- Founding members keep founding rates for 6 months, then move to the members 6–10 rate while their membership stays active.
8. Prices and tiers
Prices for new clients depend on how many members Overyard has when you join; the current and next prices are shown on the pricing page. Project size is set by the build budget or design area, whichever is higher. Projects above the Canopy range are quoted as Canopy Plus.
9. Ownership of files
You own the final design files once the project is paid in full.
